Monica and Susan were never destined to meet, but here we are. Monica runs a successful photography business in Rockville, MD (the photography division of The Washington Talent Agency), Susan was a photographer 50 miles away in Westminster, MD after retiring from a career in the fire department. Monica’s team was looking for a new photographer, Susan answered the call.

With a background of leadership and service, Susan brings a wealth of experience and a steady hand to every event she captures. A retired Lieutenant with the Anne Arundel County Fire Department, Susan’s career has been defined by her ability to remain calm under pressure. After managing emergency operations at the busiest fire station and in the 911 center, she has seamlessly transitioned her focus to photography, capturing the moments that matter most.
When photographing weddings, events, or family life-events, Susan’s attention to detail, professionalism, and creative eye ensure that every moment is beautifully preserved. Her experience in high-stress environments has uniquely equipped her to handle the fast-paced demands of wedding and event photography with grace and precision. Susan offers her clients a reliable, skilled, and compassionate approach, creating timeless memories through her lens.
When Susan isn’t behind a camera you can find her riding her horse, traveling around the world with her family, crafting with friends, gardening, and hanging on her farm & sipping some wine.

Monica's expertise has captured historical documentation of landmarks, memorial and convention center openings, to Super Bowls, Final 4's and even The Sugar Bowl. Her creative vision and keen eye for detail have made her a sought-after professional in the industry.
Beyond her profession, Monica is an avid lover of dogs, good wine, and food. Her Peruvian heritage adds a rich cultural dimension to her work, and her fluency in three languages, English, Spanish and Portuguese, enriches her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Married to a fellow photographer, Monica brings a unique perspective to her craft,
blending her creativity with a deep understanding of the art form.
